This special edition features insights into the recent transition of the state’s building code and code interpretation functions to the North Carolina Department of Labor. As the state’s development and construction activity continues to grow, understanding how building code oversight and interpretation will operate under the new structure will be increasingly important for developers, contractors, design professionals, and other industry stakeholders.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received on or before November 10th are entitled to a full refund less a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be awarded for cancellations after November 10th or for no-shows.
