He currently serves as President of The Pomfret Financial Company\, Inc.\, an independent insurance and business-planning firm\, and is affiliated as a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual.Peacock's commitment to public service is reflected in his time on the Charlotte City Council\, where he served as an At-Large member from 2007 to 2011.
